We want your craft supplies to arrive correctly and in good condition. This return policy applies to products purchased from buyperlerbeads.com, including fuse bead sets, mini beads, classic 5mm beads, single-color refills, pegboards, tools, and starter kits.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, mixed, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or refund.

Return shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake, a defective item, or shipping damage, we will help resolve the issue and may provide return instructions or a replacement.
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.

Non-returnable items

Opened bead packs, used tools, custom or special-order items, final-sale items, and items not in original condition are not returnable unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
