Refund policy

We want your craft supplies to arrive correctly and in good condition. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, mixed, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our error, a defective item, or shipping damage. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.
